Is there a pre-launch checklist for Diligence?

When you are ready to launch your project, there are a few things to check before you proceed:
 

  1. Is the Recycle Bin empty of content you no longer need? Content in the Recycle Bin is billable when the project becomes active.
  2. Is anything pending in Action Required?
  3. Is anything pending in Processing?
  4. Have you created roles and set up permissions for reviewers roles? This can be done in the Permissions tab. 
  5. Have you published the content in the Documents Tab? Publishing does not launch your project, but simply activates the permissions you have created. Unpublished files are only visible to Project Admins and Reviewers with Manage Permissions.
  6. Have you drafted invitations to reviewers? This is optional but recommended and can be done from the Users tab.
  7. Check the Disclaimer in the Settings Tab for intended content. See this link to how to review and update: Where can I find the disclaimer for my project as a Project Admin?
