A Manage Access role is editable before launch:
  1. Setting up a role for the first time.
  2. If the role is empty.
 

If users are in a role before launch, move them to another role before attempting to change it. 

To change a Manage Access role it can't have any:
 

  • active users
  • deactivated users
  • invitations
  • expired invitations
