1. Click Help and select Support Portal.
2. In Datasite Assist® select Contact Support at the top.
   
3. Select Support cases.
   
4. Choose I have a billing question from the options.
5. Click Next.
6. In the text box request a cost to date or invoice estimate.
7. Optionally, click Upload files or drag and drop a recent invoice.
8. Click Next.

Estimates include charges accrued since the last invoice was issued through yesterday's date.
