When searching doesn't find an unpaid invoice that matches the information entered, there might be a typo, or the invoice was previously paid. During the initial search step, you aren't telling the system the amount you want to pay, you're only doing an invoice lookup.

If a credit note has been applied then the balance due is less than the value used to identify it.

 

Pay My Bill (QuickPay) needs to first identify the invoice you want to pay. Invoices are searched by matching the following two criteria:

1. The invoice reference number must be entered exactly as it is on the invoice. Enter your invoice number, including the "INV-" (ex: INV-12345). Extra spaces in copy and paste invoice numbers will result in no match.
2. Enter the invoice amount due exactly as it appears on your invoice (regardless of the amount you intend to pay). You'll have a chance later to enter the amount you wish to pay, if that amount differs from the invoice payment due.

 

If you confirmed the information is accurate and continue to receive the message Invoice cannot be found, then it is likely the invoice has been paid already.
