Please contact us through our ticketing portal. You must be a registered user and be logged in to Datasite to submit a ticket.

 

  1. In Datasite Assist® go to the Support tab.
  2. Select Get Assistance.
  3. Under 'How can we help you?' select 'I have a billing question'. 
  4. Select your project.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Provide your question.
  7. Click Next.
  8. Upload any relevant documentation.
  9. Click Next.
