Why do I receive invoices while my project is still in build period?

If you receive invoices while your project is in the build period as outlined in your SOW, go to your project's Settings tab.

If the project phase is Active it means your project is launched and billable.

Invoices are generated when whichever happens first:

  1. The project is launched.
  2. The build period ends.
