The Shortcuts panel is on the top of the left navigation pane in the Documents tab. It is expanded by default. To collapse the panel, click the arrow icon next to 'Shortcuts'.

 

Uploaded files are 'processed' so they can be made searchable and render properly when viewed. Large or complex files can take longer to process than others. A blue dot beside the 'Processing' link indicates files still processing and not yet available to reviewers. Click the link for a list of processing files.


Within the Processing area you can check the status of of processing files. Status possibilities include:

• • • Queued - Awaiting processing
    • Processing - Your file is processing normally
    • Complex File - Your file is processing, but may require additional time due to complexities within the file
