Files are processed in a manner similar to printing a file. If a file is password-protected and cannot be opened or viewed, the file fails processing. 

To Process Failed Password-Protected Files:
 

  1   In the main content grid, scroll horizontally to the 'Status' column. Click the red 'Processing Failed' status text.

  2   Enter the password in the field provided.

  3   Click Submit.

As a best practice, password protection should be removed from files before uploading.
