What to do if a file has failed to process?

Sometimes uploaded files enter the Action Required area in Shortcuts because they aren't processable in their current state. Typical causes include:

  • Size - Individual files should be 10GB or less; zipped files can be up to 50GB with no single file within the zip larger than 10GB
  • Password protection - If your file is password-protected, enter the password. The password remains viable if download access is given to the file
  • Bypass files - These are typically files generated with proprietary software using unknown extensions. Convert them to  Download-only files or a known file type
