InformationBody The Admin Console is located under the options within your User name in the top right, and is only available to product admins (not contributors). Admin Console functionality includes: Inviting members to an accountEditing User TypesRemoving (deleting) users from an accountProject review and management Account Invitations To invite users to your account from within the Admin Console, 1 Ensure your account is already selected in the upper left. 2 Select Invite New Members. 3 Enter email addresses, comma separated, for users you wish to invite. 4 Choose the permission level for new members. Account Contributor - Can manage Project Admin permissions only for self-created projects and can't access the Admin ConsoleAccount Admin - Can manage Project Admin permissions for all projects, can access the Admin Console, and can invite other users as Account Contributors or Account Admins 5 Select Add Members.Invited members are sent an email advising them to register for the project. Note: After a user has been invited to the account, they can then be added to an Outreach Deal Team associated with a project. Editing User Types From within the Admin Console, 1 Select your desired account in the left navigation pane. 2 In the user list grid, select the check boxes associated with the users you'd like to edit. 3 In the right panel, choose Edit Permissions. 4 Choose the desired permission level for the designated users. 5 Select Save. Removing Users From within the Admin Console, 1 Select your desired account in the upper left. 2 In the user list grid, select the check boxes associated with the users you'd like to remove. 3 In the list of icons, choose Remove Users. 4 Select Remove.Removed/deleted users no longer have access to the account or any associated projects. Projects tab Within the projects tab, subscription admins can view, create, or close projects. Select Add New Project to create a new project. If you have multiple subscriptions, use the dropdown menu to select the desired account prior to initiating a new projectThe 'Project Name' column displays a list of all projects associated with your subscription; click the project name to open the project in a new tabThe 'Project Phase' column displays the product type, described as project 'phase', since it is common to incorporate more than one product type throughout the course of project administration. For example, a deal my originate with the Outreach product/phase, then move to the Diligence phase, and finally to the Archive phaseThe 'Project Status' column is automatically filtered to 'Active'. Click the funnel icon beside the column search field to also select and display projects in the closure processOnly Diligence and Acquire projects display data in the 'Project Launch Date' column, since other project types are launched immediately upon creation. Likewise, in the far right column the 'Close Project' link is only associated with Diligence and Acquire. Click the link to initiate closure of a project (see Close Project) Dashboard tab View a log of user activity for all projects within a subscription, which can be filtered and downloaded. Account tab This has two pages: Account Usage and Multi-factor Authentication. The Account Usage page has a list of all subscription users and access to Pay My Bill+. Activate or de-activate Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) for this account on the Multi-factor Authentication page. MFA is a simple way to add a layer of security to your Datasite projects. All users must enter a verification code before accessing the project MFA is fully compatible with the Datasite mobile app and SSO Users receive a verification code by email, SMS or by using an Authenticator app of their choice. See Multi-factor authentication logging in for more information Toggling MFA on or off for this account only affects future projects created after the toggle is turned on or off.
