Choose whether you'd like to create archives before closing, or close without archives, and click Continue. 3 If you chose to create archives, you're brought to the Archives tab; from here you can choose to create a Datasite Online Archive or choose a downloadable or custom USB archive option. 4 If you chose to skip archive creation, accept legal terms and conditions and click Yes, close project.Your project has now begun the closure process and is no longer accessible. However, your project does continue to appear on the Projects page in a closed status for an additional 30 days prior to deletion. During that period you may access downloadable archives created during closure from the Projects page that haven't expired.To do so: 1 Click the link in the email you received, notifying you that downloads are ready, or navigate directly to the Datasite.com login screen. 2 Log in and go to the Projects page. 3 Click View Downloads on the project card. (Note: The project card will appear grayed-out and display the message Close Requested) 4 Select desired items and download.Even after your project is in 'Close Requested' or 'Closed' status, you can still create an archive of the project by logging into Datasite.com, and clicking the Create Archive button on the associated project card appearing on your Projects page.
