Deal team in Outreach

Before adding your colleagues to your deal team, invite them to your Datasite account in the Admin Console.

 

How to add members to a deal team:

  1   Navigate to Deal Team in the left navigation pane.

  2   Click Add Team Members.

  3   Click into the Add members field. A list populates with available users.

  4   Select the desired team members.

  5   Click Add Members.
 

How to remove members from a deal team:

  1   Select the Deal Team tab.

  2   Click the Remove Access link associated with the person you wish to remove.

  3   Click Yes, Delete.

How to restore members to a deal team:

  1   Navigate to Deal Team in the left navigation pane.

  2   Click the Restore Access link associated with the person you wish to restore.

  3   Click Submit.
