Check if the Download Button Is Missing

If you’ve ticked the checkbox for a document but don’t see the Download button next to the Export button at the top of the screen you may not have permission to download the file. Contact your Project Admins to request download access. If you’re unsure who your Project Admins are, contact us and we’ll reach out to them on your behalf. 

 

You See an Error Message

If an error message appears when you try to download:

Take a screenshot of the error, including the browser’s URL bar and share the screenshot with us so we can assist you further.

 

You Clicked Download, but Nothing Happens

If clicking Download doesn’t do anything and you are you using Safari on a Mac:

• Safari may be blocking pop-ups, which can prevent the download from starting
• Find the steps to disable the pop-up blocker on Safari
• After making this change, try downloading the file again
