There are three ways for a user in a role that has download access to download documents on a project:


Right click the context menu for a single item:

1. Go to the Documents tab.
2. Right click on a single item.
3. Select Download.
4. Choose the format for the downloaded file or folder names.
5. Click Download.

Selecting for multiple items:

1. Tick a checkbox for documents or folders.
2. Click Download at the top of the page.
3. Choose the format for the downloaded file/folder names.
4. Click Download.

An opened document in the Secure Online Viewer:

1. Locate the Download  icon in the upper right corner.
2. Click it.

If you download more than 100 documents or more than 4 GB of content at a time the platform will create a Bulk Download.
