Why I can't see an option for watermark PDF if is enabled?

If the Watermark option is not appearing when trying to create or editing a role, we recommend Project Admins check the Watermark settings.

 

  1. Project Admins can go to the Settings tab and click the gear icon in the Watermark card.
  2. Confirm Display watermark text for document reviewers is toggled on.
  3. If is on and the behavior persists, check the Opacity. The percentage must be above zero.
  4. Click Save on the bottom right.
  5. Go back to Permissions and click on Add Role, if the option is still not showing refresh the page.
