How do I change the watermark?

If you do not need documents to be watermarked, you can toggle Display watermark text for document reviewers.

 

  1. Go to the Settings tab.
  2. In the Watermark card, click the gear icon.
  3. Edit the watermark as desired:
    • Custom text (optional) - The default text is "Confidential"
    • Include - The following 5 types of information can be included:
      • Full Name
      • Email Address 
      • Role 
      • Company Name 
      • Date/Time
    • Opacity 
    • Coverage - Three options are available:
      • Fixed-size on all pages. This is not adjustable and is the default setting
      • Tiled
      • Dynamically fit to page
    • Position - Five options are available:
      • Center
      • Top
      • Bottom
      • Left
      • Right
  4. Click Save to apply all changes made.
