Enable watermarking to display watermarks when files are viewed in the secure document viewer. You can configure watermark settings for PDF and video content.

Note: When the Watermarked PDF download option is enabled, the watermark also appears on downloaded PDF files. Watermarks configured for video content appear in the document viewer and on downloaded video content.

Turn on or edit a watermark

1. Go to Settings > Watermark, then select the gear icon.
2. Select the PDF or Video tab.
3. Turn on watermarking to enable the watermark settings.
4. Edit Watermark Text as needed.
5. Select the watermark attributes to include. Email Address and Date/Time are selected by default.
6. Choose the opacity level and text style.
7. Choose the watermark coverage.
8. Select the watermark position on the page.
9. Review Download Security. Standard PDF annotations are allowed on watermarked files by default. To prevent annotations, select Prevent Annotations.
10. Select Save.

Turn off a watermark

1. Go to Settings > Watermark, then select the gear icon.
2. Select the PDF or Video tab.
3. Turn off watermarking.
4. Select Save.
