InformationBodyIf you would like files to bear watermarks when documents are viewed in the secure document viewer, the Watermark feature must be enabled. To create a custom watermark for an individual document go to the article: How do I make a special watermark for certain documents?Note: When the Watermarked PDF download option is turned on, the watermark will also appear on downloaded PDF files. Watermarks set on video content appear both in the document viewer and on downloaded video content. To turn on or edit a watermark: 1 Go to Settings > Watermark card, and click the gear icon. 2 You may set watermarks on both PDF and video content; select the appropriate tab to begin. 3 Slide the toggle to the right to activate options editing. 4 Edit the Watermark Text as desired. 5 Select the desired watermark attributes via checkbox. Email Address and Date/Time are selected as default settings, but can be unchecked if desired. 6 Choose the desired opacity level and text style. 7 Choose coverage preference. 8 Select the page position of the watermark. 9 Review Download Security. Standard PDF annotations are allowed on watermarked files by default. To remove this capability, check the 'Prevent Annotations' box. 10 Click Save. To turn off the watermark: 1 Go to Settings > Watermark card, and click the gear icon. 2 Choose the PDF or Video tab as desired and slide the toggle to the left; attributes are grayed out. 3 Click Save.
