You may log off or navigate to a new tab without affecting file processing. In the event that a file fails the file processing step of the upload, the file will be placed in the Action Required list within the Shortcuts panel. Some file types are not processed and automatically post as Download Only files. Typically these are file types without pages, that cannot be viewed in the secure document viewer. For a list of included file types, see Bypass Files.Every upload is audited and details (who uploaded what, when, and what permissions were applied, etc.) can be found in Analytics > Permissions History. When viewing the data, permissions changes are only recorded upon upload if 'View' or greater permissions were applied during upload. Files uploaded as 'Hidden' do not record a permissions change.Maximum individual file size for uploading: 10GB. Bundled compressed files, such as zip files, can be uploaded up to 50GB per zip, with no single file housed within the zip larger than 10GB.Best practice when uploading files: Very large uploads should ideally be broken down into smaller upload sessions (1000 files or less). Large uploads can provoke the following warning message: Do not leave this project until upload has finished. Uploaded XXX of XXX files. The warning appears in a blue highlight bar that turns red if files in your upload enter 'Action Required' status. In this scenario, keep your project open and allow the upload to complete, then access Shortcuts > Action Required to address files that were not processed.Uploading through Trackers: You can also upload, manage, and publish content through your trackers tab.
