As a Project Admin, I want to easily and quickly inform reviewers of new material uploaded to my project. How can I do this?

From within the Documents tab, Project Admins can send email alerts containing selected links to other admins or reviewers.

To send links from within the Documents tab:

  1   In the main content pane, select desired filerooms, folders, or files via the associated checkbox(es). 

  2   Choose More Actions > Send Links. 

  3   Via check box, select the desired user(s).
 
  4   Click Next. If a singular document is selected a Copy Link button is visible. Click this to copy a link and send any way you like.

  5   Edit the Email Subject and Email Message if desired. If no edits are made, the default text shown is used. Check the 'Send me a copy' box to include yourself as a recipient.

  6   Click Send.


Additional attributes of this feature include:

• Files must have completed processing in order to send links
• If a file is unpublished, it can only be shared with other Project Admins
• Only reviewers with at least 'View' permissions are available in the recipient selection list
