How do I send an email to a user from the project directly?

  1. Go to the Users tab.
  2. Tick the checkbox next to a user or users. If you want to retain a copy of the message select your name, too.
  3. Click More Options and select Send Email.
  4. Optionally choose a template.
  5. Subject is a required field.
  6. Write your message.
  7. Optionally save as a template.
  8. Click Send.


The email will be sent from noreply@datasite.com and will contain the sender's name.
If sending to multiple recipients, each recipient will receive an individual email, and will not see any other recipients listed.

Replies to the email go directly to the Project Admin's email address who sent the email.
