To send an email to a user:

1. Navigate to Users.
2. Select the check box or boxes associated with the user(s) you'd like to email.
3. Click More Actions and select Send Email.
4. Draft your message in the Send an Email box.
   • If you think you'll want to reuse the message/format of your created email in the future, select Save as Template > New Template.
   • Name your template and Save. Your template is now available for future use under Choose a template.
5. Click Send.

You will not be able to view the email sent from the project unless the recipient replies. If they do reply, the response will be directed to your Datasite login email address, which is set as the default reply-to.

If you wish to email multiple users, choose them by choosing the relevant selection boxes. Each user receives a unique email and will not be aware of any other user copied on the same email message.
