Yes, with the right Inbox settings anyone can send documents to the project. 

 

 

  1. Go to the Documents tab.
  2. Click Inbox.
  3. In the upper right click Inbox Settings.
  4. Choose the Anyone radio button under Inbox Permissions. 
  5. Accept the disclaimer by clicking Save.
  6. In the upper right of the Inbox click Copy Inbox Email Address and share it.
