InformationBodyThis article describes the process an Answer Team member would use to import questions supplied by question teams, but not imported to Q&A by the question teams. Q: Why would an answer team member import questions, instead of relying on question team members to import their own questions?A: As a Q&A answer team member, there may be times where it is more expedient to import questions into the Q&A tool for a question team. This can help drive engagement from question teams as they become familiar with the system. This feature is enabled by default but can be toggled off or back on in the Q&A Setup Wizard. To do so: 1 Navigate to Settings > Q&A Settings > Open Q&A Setup. 2 In the top navigation row, click Q&A Teams. 3 Scroll to Import Questions via Excel. 4 Toggle 'On' or 'Off' as desired. When toggled on, Answer team members can import questions on behalf of question teams.
