All users assigned to either the Q&A Answer Team or a Question Team can export an Excel version of the Question List available to them. This can be done from within any tab in Q&A.

To export an Excel question list from within Q&A:

  1   Click Export.

  2   Select either the All Questions or Unanswered Questions tab. If selecting All Questions, also select your desired report format:

• Multi-row - Question threads are broken out vertically, with each post within a thread listed in a new row
• Single row - Question threads are broken out horizontally, with each post within a thread listed in a new column 

  3   Select Export.

If your project uses FAQs, and both FAQs and questions have been chosen for export, the two categories appear on separate tabs in the report.

Interpreting the Export

Select the Guide tab located at the bottom of the export for an explanation of data housed within each column of the report.
