As a user on a project, you set the frequency of new document alerts that you receive:

1. In the left navigation bar click your name.
2. Choose Notification Settings from the dropdown menu.
3. Click the arrow to the left of Documents to expand its subrows:
• New documents added to the Inbox
• New documents added to the Sandbox
• New documents added to the Index
  
  
4. Make your selections for each project by selecting:
   • Instantly
   • Hourly
   • Daily 
   • Never
     
     
5. Alternately, hover over a notification type cell or a project cell to show a clock icon for Notification Frequency. Click this menu to select a frequency for all projects for that notification type.
6. Click Save Changes.
