1. Go to the Archive tab.
2. Select Request Archive.
3. Each option for Set Up Archive, Download and Request USB give you the option to select a role.

Set Up Archive:

1. Select the recipient, and click Next.
2. By Role is a pre-selected option. For a Project Admin recipient, this can be changed to By Fileroom. 
3. Select Next.
4. Accept the Terms of Use, and select Create Archive.

For the Download Version:

1. Select the Download Type to be By Role
2. Select Next.
3. Choose the role desired and click Next
4. If a message appears indicating that  not all files can be downloaded, you may want to either Cancel the operation and resolve, or choose to Download Without These files.
5. The download will begin.
6. A message will be displayed to have you confirm the option to shorten the file/folder names.
7. Click Generate Download.
8. Choose to Return to Project, Create Additional Archives or Begin Project Closure as desired, or click out of the window.
9. You will be notified by email when the download(s) are ready to retrieve.
10. Check your Downloads folder in the Documents tab to be able to pull the downloaded archive. It will generate two zip files: One indicates it is content and the other indicates that it is the Index list that corresponds.

Standard 
If it is not very urgent.

Expedited 
If the media request is urgent.
Please mention under Special Instructions by which date and time you would like to receive the USBs.

 

Special Instructions

Please mention here any additional information we should know so we can assist you best with your USB request, e.g. Q&A report, urgency of the request, comfort letter, freeze etc.

If you selected Role-specific content for the USB, let us know if you want to include the Q&A report. 

After you have added all (up to 10) recipients click Next.

Accept the Terms of Use and Request the USB.
