We may send you, as an exception, a PDF form to fill in to request media and/or to close the project. If so, please follow the guidelines below.

After entering the correct project name, you will be asked whether you wish to order USB archives only or if you would also like to close the project:
 

When selecting the type of USB content, you will have three options available to choose from.
 

Any further details can be added in the text field on the bottom.

The available content options for USBs are the following:
 

Archive with Audit Reports
- Sandbox (Staging Folder)
- All Filerooms
- Reports

Archive No Audit Reports
- Full content, without reports (except the Index List)

Specific Content Only

- You can specify what content, e.g. role-specific for a particular role or selected filerooms or folders only. If you have not yet created a role that includes all the content that you would like to have on the USB devices, a role will need to be created. 
You can enter all this information under "Special Instructions"

Delivery Options

Standard delivery
- If it is not very urgent

Expedited 
- If the media request is urgent.
- Please mention under Special Instructions by which date/ time you would like to receive the USBs the latest if possible. 

Special Instructions

- Please mention here any additional information we should know so we can assist you best with your USB request, e.g. timeline, content, etc.

- If you wish to receive Role-specific content on the USB devices, please let us know whether you would like to include the Q&A report in it. 


After we have received your form, we will review it and send you an email confirmation of the order.
