How do I complete a USB archive request by filling in the online media order and closure form?

Any Project Admin can request a USB archive (physical media flash drive) from an open, active Diligence® or Acquire® project:

 

  1. Open the Archive tab.
  2. Select Request Archive.
  3. Choose Download or Request USB.
  4. Follow the steps for downloading or filling in the USB form.
  5. Check the terms of agreement.
  6. Either choose Generate Download or Request USB.
  7. You can close the project from here or choose to create another archive.


If you select downloadable archive, the zip file(s) will be prepared and made available to you under Documents > Shortcuts > Downloads.

Archive Options

Full archive, all reports

Full archive, no reports

By role

 

Shipping Options

Standard 
If it is not very urgent.

Expedited 
If the media request is urgent.
Please mention under Special Instructions by which date and time you would like to receive the USBs.

 

Special Instructions

Please mention here any additional information we should know so we can assist you best with your USB request, e.g. Q&A report, urgency of the request, comfort letter, freeze etc.

If you selected Role-specific content for the USB, let us know if you want to include the Q&A report. 


After you have added all (up to 10) recipients click Next.

Review

  • Accept the Terms of use
  • Click the blue button on the bottom right corner to Request USB

After we receive your order and review the details, we send you an email confirmation.
