How do I import a folder structure or index?

To import a folder structure, download the provided template. 

 

  1. Go to the Documents tab.
  2. Click Add and select Import Folder Structure.
  3. Click Download Template.
  4. Open the spreadsheet and fill out your folder structure using the provided example as a reference. Be certain to not use any formatting.
  5. When your folder structure is imputed and saved go back to the Documents tab.
  6. Again, Click Add and select Import Folder Structure.
  7. Drag and drop your template, or browse to select it.
  8. Click Select to preview.
  9. Click Import.
