Creating multiple folders simultaneously

Project admins using a Sandbox can create multiple subfolders at once within it, rather than creating them manually one at a time.

To import your folders:

  1   Navigate to the Documents tab and access your Sandbox Staging Folder in the left navigation pane.

• This feature must be used within an empty existing parent folder; to create your top-level folder(s) see Add a Folder.

  2   Within the empty folder, choose Add > Import Folder Structure.

  3   Select Download Template.

  4   In the template, replace example items with your desired index numbers and folder titles (unlimited rows).

  5   Drag and drop your completed template into the designated import field and review the proposed folder structure.

• When auto-indexing is enabled (default), duplicate index numbers and gaps in numbering are automatically removed and assigned the next consecutive number in the sequence. Avoid using zeroes as an initial numeral (e.g., 0.1)

  6   Click Import.
