How do I create a folder structure in the Sandbox?

Project Admins using a Sandbox can create multiple nested subfolders by importing a folder structure file. 

 
  1. Go to the Documents tab, and select Sandbox > Staging Folder on the left.
  2. Within an empty Staging Folder, click Add.
  3. Select Import Folder Structure.
  4. Click Download template.
  5. In the template, replace example items with your desired index numbers and folder titles (unlimited rows).
  6. Browse for, or drag and drop your completed template into the designated import field and review the proposed folder structure.
  7. Click Select.
  8. Review your folder structure. When auto-indexing is enabled (default), duplicate index numbers and gaps in numbering are automatically removed and assigned the next consecutive number in the sequence. Avoid using zeroes as an initial numeral (e.g., 0.1)
  9. Click Import.
