Confirm your content is published in the Documents tab.

If all content is published and the users still can't see some documents, it is likely due to Permissions settings.

If you upload further content to an already permissioned folder and select set to hidden when uploading, the content won't be visible to users.

To check and update your permission settings, please follow these steps:

1. Open the Permissions tab.
2. Select a role.
3. In the left panel under Index, click the arrow to the left of the Fileroom to expand the folder structure.
4. You can now see the permission settings for this role in grey color. To view these in brighter colors and to enter the editing mode click Edit and select Live. 
5. If you see a folder with a green highlight, not all content within that folder has the same permissions.
6. When you open subfolders, look for documents that are marked with a red dot. These files are hidden from the users in this role. 
7. You can adjust the permissions as desired by selecting bar segments for view, print, or download rights.
8. When finished, click Save.
