1. Go to the Documents tab.
2. Select a fileroom in the Index section. Items in the Sandbox can't be published. Move them to the Index to publish. 
3. Tick the checkbox for files and folders, or tick the checkbox in the header to select all items in a fileroom. 
4. Select Modify > Publish. 
5. Read the warning for "Publish unconfirmed redactions"
6. Click Publish.

Acquire projects can be set to auto-publish uploaded content.


 

• Click Unpublish # Items if you want hide content from reviewers (by the way Items in "Not Published" status are available to Project Admins and reviewers with Manage Permission).
• For all other roles, unpublished content is hidden. 
• Select multiple check boxes to publish or unpublish multiple files at the same time. 
• To select all items within a fileroom or folder, select the checkbox at the top of the checkbox column
