How do I move or copy content from the Sandbox to the live Index?

  1. If you don't have a fileroom in the Index, create one.
  2. Go to the Sandbox.
  3. Tick the checkbox next to an item that needs to be moved/copied. Tick the checkbox in the header to select all. 
  4. Select Move or Copy.
  5. Choose a destination with a radio button.
  6. Choose Permissions Settings.
  7. Click Preview Permissions.
  8. Click Move or Copy.


Note: Moving or copying a folder doesn't function if the Sandbox has files that are still processing or in 'Action Required'.

 

Note: Admin translated documents can only be moved from the Sandbox to the Index. If a source document is moved or copied to the Index, translations can be created after the move or copy.

 

Note: Content can't be moved or copied back from the Index to the Sandbox.
