The project will need to have Redaction AI enabled.

Add Key Term:

1. Go to the Redaction tab.
2. Select Bulk Mark with Key Terms on the left panel of the page.
3. On the right panel, scroll down to choose the desired fileroom and then expand.
   
4. Under Add a Key Term, in left drop down (with the grey circle) update with a redaction category.
5. Type in the name of the word (Key Term) you wish to redact. This needs to be an exact match/verbatim.
6. Click Add.
   
7. A confirmation box will pop-up at the top. After the key term has been added, if the system has detected matches, it will automatically show in the Redaction tab as a draft. This will need to be confirmed and set live by an admin by following the steps below:
   

Confirming Redaction:

1. Select the file(s) you would like to confirm for redaction by clicking on the box next to their titles.
2. Click on Redact/Unredact Marked Terms in the top menu or in the navigation panel Details & Actions that will pop-up on the right side of the page.
   
3. At this stage the Updated By column will say SYSTEM.
   
4. You will be able to select all of the Redaction Categories you wish to confirm in the confirmation pop-up window by retaining or deselecting each check box. When you confirm, the "Updated By" column will change to your name and the documents will start to process right away. 

You will notice a spinning circle icon next to the files still processing. After the redaction is complete the circle under Reasons will be fully colored with the respective redaction reason color. If the redaction is not complete the circle will not be full.
