How do I change the Categories for redacted terms?

Suggested best practice is to select a Category or color before marking content for redaction. 


If you need to change the Category of a marked (redacted) term:
 

  1. Go to the Redaction tab.
  2. Open a file with existing redactions.
  3. Tick the checkbox for a mark.
  4. Click Change Category under the marked term.
  5. Select a new Category. This updates all marked terms with the new Category and its assigned color. 
  6. Click Redact Marks.
  7. Click Continue to Confirm.
  8. Click Confirm and Replace.
