If you want a term to be redacted in all documents of the fileroom, save that word to the Key Terms list. This is available with AI Redaction enabled in Diligence and Prepare. 

Manual redaction allows redacting one document at a time. There is the possibility of opening up to 10 documents at the same time within the Redaction tool.

When you redact a word in one document, it will automatically mark all identical words appearing in this same document for you. You can review all markings in the right-hand panel.
 

In order to switch between the opened files in Redaction, click the drop-down in the top left corner.
