Method 1:
  1. Go to the Documents tab.
  2. In the top right side, click Index List.
  3. Review the Access column.
  4. If you see one of these icons next to a document you can download it:
 index list download icons

  1. Tick the empty checkbox next to a document or folder.
  2. If Download appears above it means you can download this item.
