You can download the entire contents of a fileroom to your local drive if you have been granted download permissions. This action creates a zip file that downloads to your local drive using your browser's download function. Depending on size, this action may automatically invoke the Bulk Download feature.

To download a fileroom, from within the Documents tab:

  1   In the left Index panel, select the three dots options menu of the fileroom that you want to download.

  2   In the resulting dropdown, click Download.

  3   The created .zip file downloads the selected fileroom to your local drive using your browser's download functionality.

Note: Only items that you have download permissions to are included.
