InformationBody Project Admins can 'tag' uploaded documents if desired. Tags are short messages or identifiers that are visible to other admins, and reside in the 'Tags' column of the index view on the Documents page. Tags can be attached to documents only, not folders or filerooms. To enable tags, select the Manage Columns icon and toggle on the column labeled 'Tags'. Each tag has a character limit of 15, and up to 50 unique tags can be created in a project. To create a document tag, 1 In the Tags column, click into the row containing the file you'd like to tag. 2 Click Create Tag. 3 Enter the text for your tag and click Create. 4 Choose the text box associated with the new tag a click out of the window. The tag appears in the index view. Tags are searchable within the tag creation window, and can be filtered by clicking the funnel icon in the column header.
