Create a Tear Sheet Template in Pipeline 1 Go to your tracker. 2 Click Tear Sheet. 3 Select Create New Template. 4 Select a Grid Layout. Select from: SquareRight SidebarLeft SidebarTwo ColumnsTwo RowsFour Quadrants 5 Click Next. 6 Enter a Tear Sheet Name. 7 Optionally select a Target as a preview example. The first alphabetical Target is selected by default. 8 Click in the border around a section to set the canvas dimensions and toggle Datasite branding. Click Done to save your changes. 9 Click in a section to adjust its margins. Click Done to save your changes. 10 Drag and drop a component to a Tear Sheet section. When dragging components to sections with existing components note a green guideline location. Dragging a component to a place with a red guideline will cancel the drag and drop. The available components are: Generic Open Text Field - Free text, useful for labels and static textSelect Text Field - Text from a columnTag - A blue pill shaped component for Card - A box with a light grey border for text from a column. Includes the column name Special Activities - list the Activities for the TargetContacts - list the contacts for the Target 11 Click a component to customize it. Component controls vary. Select a column to populate the component. Drag sliders to alter a component's font size, margins, and dimensions. Click Done when finished. 12 Click Save.
