InformationBody The Acquire Analytics tab displays interactive filterable reporting data detailing project activity. Data is updated/refreshed several times hourly. Analytics reports are housed within the left drawer navigation menu and include: Report categories include: Reviewer Activity Reports - See how users are engaging with project content Content Engagement*Login & User Activity Security & Control - See what your administrative team is doing Change History*Permissions * These dashboards can display using either roles or teams as the base criteria.Filters – Filters for all reports are displayed at the top of each dashboard. Common filters display horizontally with titles across your dashboard view, while less common filters appear behind the More Filters button. Filters are applied immediately upon selection.Filters are persistent. When you revisit your dashboard, the last filters you set will be maintained. Click Reset to revert back to default settings. Visual displays - Hover over visual elements for additional information. All visual displays contain clickable elements that exhibit granular data pertaining to your selection. Click the options menu (3 horizontal dots) in the attributes card that appears to see options and View Underlying Data. Click Export > Export to send a PDF, Excel, or image of the dashboard to any group of desired recipients (email does not include a copy list, so recipients are unaware of other receivers).Dashboard exports can also be scheduled to be sent automatically at the desired intervals.To create scheduled dashboard deliveries from within Analytics: 1 Click Export. 2 Select Schedule Export. 3 Enter a report title, recipient email addresses (no copy list will be visible), and a custom message if desired. 4 Choose the format and frequency. 5 Click Save.To review a list of scheduled emails, click Export > View all schedules. This reveals all scheduled emails across all Analytics dashboards. To delete a scheduled delivery, select the trash can icon. Only the creator of a scheduled delivery may delete a saved scheduled delivery. File and Folder Title Link BehaviorThe file and folder titles in the Content Engagement and Change History reports are links that behave as follows: Clicking file links opens files in the document viewer, in a separate tabClicking folder links brings the user to the Documents tab, with folder contents displayed in the main panelReviewers with access to Analytics receive an error if trying to open a file they do not have permissions to seeAdmins and reviewers with Analytics access receive errors when attempting to open Download Only files, files in the Recycle Bin, or Deleted files Content EngagementChange default filters as desired using filter menus displayed across the top of the dashboard.
