The Analytics tab displays interactive filterable reporting data detailing project activity. Information is categorized across a series of reports, grouped according to function in the left drawer options menu.

 

Permissions

 

Change default filters as desired using filter menus displayed across the top of the report. Filters apply to visual displays and their correlated downloadable reports as well as tabular data shown below display fields.

Filters include:

• Fileroom Name - Choose from available filerooms
• Permission Level - All, hidden, download, manage, view, print
• Role - Select any combination of user roles
• Show Only 'Download Only' Files - Select 'True' to limit results to Download Only status files
• More Filters
  • File Name - Email address of the Project Admin who made the change
  • Folder Name
  • Index - Select any combination of index positions
  • Content ID - Filter by Analytics team
  • Published Status - All items, or choose only published or unpublished
  • File Type - Any combination of file types existing in the project
  • Permission Granter - Choose to display permissions applied by a single admin or group of admins

 

Visual displays - Hover over visual elements for additional information. All visual displays contain clickable elements that exhibit granular data pertaining to your selection. Click the options menu (3 horizontal dots) in the attributes card that appears to see options and View Underlying Data.
