The Analytics tab displays interactive filterable reporting data detailing project activity. Data is updated/refreshed several times hourly. Information is categorized across a series of reports, grouped according to function in the left drawer options menu.

 

Content Engagement

 

The Content Engagement section of Analytics displays information about items in the data room that specific Roles or Teams have interacted with. The Access Events section provides detailed records of every file access event within the selected timeframe.

 

Change default filters as desired using filter menus displayed across the top of the report. Filters apply to visual displays and their correlated downloadable reports as well as tabular data shown below display fields. 

Filters include:

• View Report By - Choose roles or teams
• Users - Choose from All or Active
• Role - Choose any combination of roles 
• Teams - Choose any combination of teams
• Date - Use preset options or click the calendar icon to define a specific date range
• More Filters
  • Access Type - Bulk Download, Download, Print, or View
  • Fileroom Name - Data for all filerooms displays by default
  • Index - View activity for specific items according to Index number
  • Folder Name - View activity for specific folders
  • Document Name - View activity for specific items according to document name
  • Email Address - Choose any combination of individual users
  • Content ID

 

Visual displays - Hover over visual elements for additional information. All visual displays contain clickable elements that exhibit granular data pertaining to your selection. Click the options menu (3 horizontal dots) in the attributes card that appears to see options and View Underlying Data.
