To set a default single receiver of submitted questions in the Q&A section, create a workflow group with one person as the first in the default sequence to manage question submissions as a 'receiver". They will have to manually assign all questions to an appropriate person in the Default Workflow for existing categories.

1. Go to the Q&A tab.
2. Click Q&A Settings.
3. Go to the Workflow page.
4. In the Default Workflow section of the Answer Team hover your cursor until Edit appears and click it.
5. Click the x in the upper right of each workgroup to remove them until there is only one empty dotted rectangle with a plus in the center.
6. Click New Workflow Group.
7. Name the workgroup and select the initial Answer team receiver from the Answer Team and click Save.
8. Click in the dotted rectangle and select the new workgroup as the first in the sequence of the Default Workflow section.
9. Add the Answer Team workgroup, or any necessary workgroups to the Default Workflow sequence and click Done.
10. Click Save All Changes and Confirm to save. 

 

Alternately, multiple workflow groups can be created with routing for each category with custom workflows.
