How do I create a new Q&A custom workflow?

From the Q&A tab click Q&A Settings:
  1. Go to Workflow. 
  2. Click New Custom Workflow.
  3. Give a name to this workflow.
  4. Select at least one category. 
  5. Add at least one workflow group. 
  6. Click Done. 
  7. Click Save All Changes at the top of the page.
