How do I see the history of a question?

By default the full history of a question is hidden. When History is toggled, each action on a question is listed in chronological order from top to bottom in the correspondence. History is visible for all questions until it toggled off again.

 

The history contains:

 

  • The action ( Question submitted, Answer created, Question closed, etc.)
  • The chosen category
  • The priority level
  • The chosen assignment
  • A date and time stamp

 

To toggle the display of a question's history:

 

  1. Open a question from the Question List.
  2. Click Show History in the Actions pane on the right. 
  3. Click Hide History to remove the display of the question's history.
