Why does the watermark in my downloaded file display differently compared to the onscreen watermark?

The watermark displayed for files downloaded under Revoke Access Control (RAC) differs from the one displayed for a document in the Datasite on screen viewer.

RAC views have their own watermark style that displays as text lines across the entire window with a tiled appearance.

Based on your watermark settings in your project, the text lines will include:

 

  • custom text field
  • full name
  • email address
  • role
  • company name
  • date/time


The opacity and coverage (Fixed/Tiled/Dynamic/Size) settings made in your project are ignored by the Seclore's RAC watermarking.
