As long as the parent folder is unpublished, Reviewers with manage permission are able to:

• Create folders
• Upload files
• Rename unpublished items
• Replace unpublished items
• Move or copy content to another location where they have manage access to
• Move items to the recycle bin

If Auto-Publish is enabled in an Acquire or Pipeline project, then reviewers with manage permission can do the above actions to published content as well. 

Roles with manage permissions can be granted the ability to publish/ unpublish content they can manage from the Feature Access page within the Permissions tab. 

All content uploaded by reviewers with manage access is posted as unpublished. 

When a folder is published, Reviewers with manage permission can only create folders and upload files.

They can move unpublished items to new folders where manage access has been granted. Moved items inherit destination permissions and remain unpublished regardless of the published/unpublished status of the destination folder.

If they have access to the Sandbox they are able to permanently delete content.

Only Project Admins have access to the Recycle Bin where they can delete content permanently or restore it to a selected location.

Users in a manage access role can't change permissions for content or any site settings.

By default, they do not have feature access to:

• Permissions
• Users
• Redaction
• Analytics
• Settings
• Publish content

To add access to these project controls navigate to the Feature Access page within the tab Permissions.
